We supply BERG Elite trampolines, the range BERG lists as approved for public use, to schools in Belfast and across Northern Ireland. Delivery is free. Prices on this site are in euro.
Our Northern Ireland line is 028 3756 8930, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. The prices shown here are our shop's euro prices. If your school needs to pay in sterling, ask us and we will tell you what we can do.
We looked for Education Authority guidance specific to trampolines and found none. That does not mean there is none, so check with the Education Authority and with your school's insurer before you order. We make no claim about Education Authority procurement: if you must buy through a particular route, ask us.
On ages, public advice in Northern Ireland and BERG agree. nidirect's advice to families is that a child should be at least six before using a trampoline, one at a time and supervised by an adult. BERG does not recommend its trampolines for children under 6, and its public-use manual requires an adult to supervise and a safety check every day, recorded in a logbook. Delivery is by pallet carrier, usually within 48 hours for stocked models and typically 7 to 10 days otherwise.
What "approved for public use" means. BERG lists these grey Elite models as approved for public use, tested by the independent Dutch institute Keurmerkinstituut. The certificate we hold, for the Elite InGround 330 Grey + Safety Net Deluxe (no. 148394, inspected 24 January 2022), states that it meets the Dutch playground equipment decree, assessed against EN 1176-1:2017. See BERG's list of approved models.
The school or setting stays responsible for local rules, correct installation, warning notices, a daily check with a logbook, and maintenance. We send BERG's public-use manual and warning notice for your model with your quotation. Check with your insurer before you order.
All three are on BERG's public-use list. Models with a safety net come first, because BERG recommends one.

Yes. Delivery to schools in Belfast and across Northern Ireland is free, by pallet carrier. In-stock models are usually delivered within 48 hours, otherwise it is typically 7 to 10 days.
Prices on this site are in euro. Ask us about sterling when you request a quotation, or ring 028 3756 8930, and we will give you an answer in writing.
We do not claim that. We found no Education Authority guidance specific to trampolines. BERG lists the grey Elite models as approved for public use, which is the manufacturer's statement. Check with the Education Authority and your insurer what applies to your school.
No. A BERG Elite is a recreational play trampoline, not a gymnastic trampoline. It is not a substitute for PE trampolining, which in UK schools is taught by staff holding British Gymnastics trampoline qualifications.
Tell us the setting, the age of the children and the space you have. We reply with a model suggestion and a written quotation you can bring to your board or finance office.
